You can reach the famous Vienna City Hall by foot in only a few minutes. That’s especially convenient as beloved events take place in the Vienna City Hall park! One of our summer favorites is the Vienna Film Festival and in winter, we love the Christmas market and Vienna Ice Dream (an ice skating area). There are many other green areas in your immediate vicinity too, like the Volksgarten or the Burggarten – a special advantage of staying in Vienna’s city center. 

The public transport connections are excellent as well. You can reach the U2 subway station Rathaus in just one minute and the U3 subwaystation Volkstheater in eight minutes. And the tram line stops directly in front of your door.
