Most furnished rental apartments in Vienna require a minimum lease term of 30 days or a 12-month lease. We’ve tailored our contracts specifically to accommodate those impractical situations: a four-month project, a semester, or a move that starts before your new home is ready.
Rental terms range from one day up to three years, and extending your lease is as simple as making a phone call. No renegotiation required. Businesses receive proper VAT invoices for accurate expense reporting. And if you’d prefer to view the apartment first, we’re happy to arrange a free viewing before you sign anything. A practice we’ve maintained since 2007, and we’ve never seen a reason to change it.
